Summer of Music Terms & Conditions

   Terms and conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Competition closes on Friday 30 September 2009.
3. Draws from 1 July to 30 September let you “Invite a friend”, allowing you another entry every time a friend clicks directly on the link provided by the main entrant and then registers for the draw. You can invite an unlimited number of friends but the main entrant will only be entered a maximum of 30 times per draw. The main entrant’s additional entries will be applied only to the draw in which the invited friend participates. Participation is defined by a valid completed entry.
4. By entering to be part of the Summer of Music, you will receive a weekly email in July and August inviting you to enter each prize draw, plus one final email in September. You can unsubscribe at any point.
5. The winner will be informed on the day of the draw.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
7. The prizes are for two tickets to the concert allocated to that draw.
8. National Express East Coast will provide First Class return train travel for 2 people with each prize. Travel must be to/from stations at which National Express East Coast stops. The winner must give 2 weeks’ notice of their preferred travel dates.
9. The prize does not include overnight accommodation. The winner will have to organise this directly. Contact www.superbreak.com for a range of hotel details.
10. The adjudicator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. National Express East Coast accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
13. Employees, their relatives and agencies of National Express East Coast are not eligible to enter.
