Food Festival Terms & Conditions

   Terms and conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Entries for the Eat! NewcastleGateshead competition must be received by 30 April 2009. Entries for Taste of London competition must be received by 30 May 2009. Entries to York Festival of Food and Drink must be received by 30 June 2009.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries within 2 days of the closing date.
4. The prize is for one winner plus one companion.
5. Where rail travel is part of the prize it will be on NXEC trains and between NXEC calling points only.
6. All prize elements are only valid on the dates stated.
7. Refer to individual prizes for further details.
8. The adjudicator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. National Express East Coast accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
11. Employees, their relatives and agencies of National Express East Coast are not eligible to enter.
